Noah’s Ark Pediatric Clinic is dedicated to providing the best, evidenced-based medicine for our patients. In order to do this, a partnership based on respect and mutual trust must exist. We believe that immunizations are one of the most important health recommendations we can make on behalf of our patients. This is a life-saving intervention, and we want all of our patients to benefit from it.

We understand and respect the parents' role as the ultimate decision-makers for their child's care, but we are obligated to deliver the best and safest healthcare for the patient and our community. Our physicians subscribe to the vaccine schedule established by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the CDC, and we ask that you vaccinate your child according to this schedule.

If you do not plan to follow the immunization schedule, this may not be the right pediatrics practice for you. Noah’s Ark Pediatric Clinic does not modify immunization schedules, if you you have questions or concerns don’t hesitate to call us and ask.

Nuestros médicos se suscriben al calendario de vacunas establecido por la Academia Estadounidense de Pediatría y los CDC, y le pedimos que vacune a su hijo de acuerdo con este calendario.

Si no planea seguir el calendario de vacunación, es posible que esta no sea la práctica pediátrica adecuada para usted. Noah’s Ark Pediatric Clinic no modifica el calendario de vacunación, si planea seguir nuestro calendario de vacunación recomendado. Sports Physicals Disclaimer/Examen Físico Deportivo Descargo de responsabilidad

At Noah's Ark Pediatric Clinic, we provide comprehensive sports physicals for young athletes. We evaluate their health and fitness for sports with a focus on their well-being. If we find any health issues during the exam, we prioritize the child's health over sports and for that reason we cannot sign off on the examination. We collaborate with parents and young athletes to address any concerns and offer guidance and support.

En Noah’s Ark Pediatric Clinic, brindamos exámenes físicos deportivos integrales para atletas jóvenes. Evaluamos su salud y aptitud para la práctica deportiva con foco en su bienestar. Si encontramos algún problema de salud durante el examen, priorizamos la salud del niño sobre el deporte y por ese motivo no podemos aprobar el examen. Colaboramos con padres y jóvenes deportistas para abordar cualquier inquietud y ofrecer orientación y apoyo.
